Solution 11461: TI-SmartView™ Scripts Using Y= Editor Give Unexpected Results.
Why do some TI-SmartView scripts using the Y= editor give unexpected results?
Before playing a script, be sure the Inequality Graphing and Transformation
Graphing applications are not running. Since both of these applications change
the functionality of the Y= editor, any script actions that access the Y= editor
while the apps are running may not work properly.
To quit the
Transformation Graphing application, follow the steps below:
• Press the
[APPS] key
• Select the Transformation Graphing App (Transfrm)
• The
calculator will prompt you to 1:Uninstall or 2:Continue
• Select 1:Uninstall.
This turns the App off, it does not uninstall it from the calculator.
To
quit the Inequality Graphing application, follow the steps below:
• Press
the [APPS] key
• Select the Transformation Graphing App (Transfrm)
• The
calculator will prompt you to 1:Continue, 2:Quit Inequal, or 3:About
• Select
2:Quit Inequal.
Please see the TI-SmartView guidebook for additional information.
